At Bloke Knickers, we put care into every stitch — but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

🚫 Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear once dispatched.

✅ Returns are accepted only if:

Your product arrives faulty or damaged.

📩 How to request a return:

Email us at blokeknickersltd@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the fault/damage

💳 Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges:

We do not currently offer exchanges. If your item is faulty, we’ll refund you so you can re-order with confidence.
