We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs and sizing information are accurate.

Slight variations in appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting or manufacturing tolerances.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal or other trusted payment providers.

We do not directly store customers' full payment card details.

The total price, including applicable delivery charges, will be displayed at checkout before your order is confirmed.

4. Shipping

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed and dispatched through our fulfilment partner, Diamond Logistics.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2–4 working days.

Standard UK delivery costs £3.99 per order.

Free UK shipping is available on orders over £60.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or additional costs. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details.

We remain responsible for fulfilling our delivery obligations in accordance with applicable consumer law.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of underwear, hygiene is extremely important to us.

We ask that all returned underwear is unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original packaging, wherever possible.

Customers wishing to exercise their statutory cancellation rights must notify us within 14 days of receiving their order and return the item within a further 14 days.

For hygiene reasons, underwear that has been worn or washed cannot be resold.

Where an item has been worn, used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to deduct any resulting loss in value from the refund, as permitted by UK consumer law.

This may amount to the full purchase price where justified.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
